Aircraft & Luggage
Our charter partners operate Cessna 206, Cessna Caravan, and Grand Caravan aircraft - the workhorses of East African bush flying, known for safety, short-field performance, and spectacular low-altitude viewing.
Luggage allowance: 15 kg per person in a soft-sided bag (no hard-shell suitcases on bush flights). Excess luggage storage is available at partner hotels in Nairobi and Arusha. We will remind you of this when confirming your booking.
All operators hold current CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) licences and insurance. Aircraft are maintained to international standards with regular safety inspections.
Planning Your Flight Safari
Flight safaris require advance booking - charter slots, especially over peak migration season (July-October), fill up quickly. We recommend booking at least 3 months ahead to secure your preferred dates, aircraft type, and camp availability.
All flights are subject to weather and operational conditions. Our team monitors conditions daily and communicates any schedule adjustments in real time via WhatsApp. We build flexible buffers into every itinerary so that minor delays never compromise your experience.
